The part numbers are listed under "Contents of Kit". That is not an OEM Hurst shifter. That shifter has threads in the front and rear of the body for adjustable stops (one has a bolt in that hole, other hole is threaded in your picture). Oem Hurst shifters were not equipt that way. The only way that handle comes off is if you take off the whole shifter. Other than having your Ford shifter rebuilt,not much you can do with it.....Have had both in Mustangs and my personal preference is the Hurst Competition Plus shifter,have one in my Mustang now,changed over when the factory one was getting sloppy, doubt I'll ever go back to the Ford shifter....I just like the way the Hurst shifts and the adjusment bolts in it over the Ford shifter. Diconnect the shifter rods from the shifter arms. The shifter arms that the shifter rods connect to (go from the tranny to shifter) have a hole in them next to the shifter body. Take a 3/16 (or whatever fits) drill or rod and line these holes up with the notches in the shifter body. Now set the 1st/Rev and 2nd/3rd arms on the tranny to nuetral.
